Giant Power AGM batteries: 7-year full replacement warranty.
If your Giant Power battery is faulty or defective in manufacturing or materials during its warranty period, under its applicable warranty conditions, we replace it without a pro-rata contribution. The warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date.
We pay the associated warranty claim and replacement costs, including testing, collection, return freight and replacement delivery. Please contact us before arranging a test, return or other work so we can organise the process. If you have already paid an associated claim cost, send the receipt with your warranty enquiry so we can arrange reimbursement.
A replacement battery continues the original battery's warranty period. A replacement does not start a new 8-year or 7-year period.
The battery warranty applies to Giant Power lithium and AGM batteries, including those supplied in bundles and battery banks. Other components and third-party products retain their own warranty cover.
The existing use, installation, charging and care conditions for your battery model continue to apply. Please follow the instructions for your model and contact us if you need help with its setup or a warranty claim.
These warranty benefits are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. They do not limit your entitlement to a refund or other remedy under that law.

Delivery
Delivery insurance is included with all purchases, covering your items from damage or loss during transit. If you receive your order and find it has been damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours. If you believe you have a faulty product, the first step is lodge a warranty request online. Once we have received the warranty request, our technicians will get in contact with you to proceed further.
Faults or defects
Aussie Batteries & Solar will replace a Giant Power lithium or AGM battery if it is faulty or defective in manufacturing or materials during the applicable warranty period and under its warranty conditions. Giant Power lithium batteries carry 8-year full replacement cover and Giant Power AGM batteries carry 7-year full replacement cover, without a pro-rata contribution.

Aussie Batteries & Solar Test all Lithium batteries in house. We have a testing facility on site that allows us to deep dive into any issue that may be occurring in the battery or any of the components with in the case. We will arrange to have the battery returned to us at our cost. We pay the associated warranty claim and replacement costs, including testing, collection, return freight and replacement delivery.

Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with your product prior to opening or tampering with the product. Giant Power AGM Battery Range
Aussie Batteries & Solar request all AGM batteries be tested by a 12V auto electrician or a reputable testing facility such as Battery World. We pay the associated warranty testing costs. Please contact us before arranging testing so we can organise the process.
We have a warranty form that needs to be emailed back along with test results and a photo of the top of the battery before we can proceed with your claim.
Giant Power AGM batteries are covered by a 7-year full replacement warranty, without a pro-rata contribution. A replacement continues the original warranty period.
Please note installing Deep Cycle Batteries under your bonnet without a heat shield or in electric golf buggies will void your warranty. More suitable battery types for these applications are CCA rated batteries. We do not provide Warranty for AGM Batteries used in Golf Buggies or Mobile Scooters or Lithium Batteries in Mobile scooters. Only connect batteries of the same brand, capacity, size & age together: This is vital to protect the battery and its longevity.
This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies held by a consumer at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The following general warranty section applies to products other than the Giant Power lithium and AGM batteries covered above. For those Giant Power batteries, the full replacement, associated-cost and original-period terms above apply. The linked claim forms are used to provide claim information; any different fee, pro-rata or replacement-period wording in a form does not alter those Giant Power benefits.
The majority of our product lines are covered under our general warranty in the event of fault or defects in either manufacturing or materials during the warranty period. In the event of a faulty product, Landgren Pty Ltd t/a Aussie Batteries & Solar will at its discretion repair or replace the faulty product. We will arrange to have the item returned to us at our cost. If the item is found to have no fault or has been modified or tampered with, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product both ways and may be charged a technicians fee.
