Unfortunately, our customers are too often burnt by cheap Lithium battery failures exposing themselves and their assets to harm. Most cheaper lithium battery competitors will only have a 50AMP BMS (Battery Managment System), which will not give Aussie customers the ideal battery use capacity. A high-quality BMS system should be rated 100AMP and above, and the BMS is essential to getting a quality lithium battery product and the key to your batteries long-term performance. Charging Your Lithium Battery
Giant Lithium Batteries don’t immediately need a special battery charger! Using your AGM battery charger is a temporary solution, not a permanent one. Wherever possible, a lithium battery should be charged using a charger with a lithium profile; the nominal charge voltage for a 12v AGM battery is 14.1-14.4V, which means that using an AC to DC AGM battery charger that does not have automatic desulfation or equalisation modes and set to use the AGM setting will work correctly. However, it will only get your lithium battery to 95% charged.
We Suggest The Ardent 12V Battery Charger:
Using a 240V AGM charger is a temporary option until you can get a lithium-specific charger . Giant batteries are manufactured with a built-in high-quality 100AMP (BMS) Battery Management System that allows for most charger settings (15A)minimum (except flooded) to be used.
DC-DC Charging For Lithium Batteries
Regarding DC-DC Chargers and solar controllers, you must change these to LiFePO4-specific models, which can charge your Lithium batteries to an entire 100% State of Charge. The advantage of using a LiFePO4 charge profile is that it allows users to get the total capacity out of their lithium battery, as the DC-DC LiFePO4 setting will prolong the battery life. You need a DC-DC charger to effectively manage the power input in a lithium battery. **If you are charging from an alternator, you will need a DC-DC Charger that is designed to manage solar specific to lithium (LiFEPO4).

The average user not operating their battery in extreme conditions will have 75%-80% battery capacity after 5,000 cycles. Great combo, bought two 140Ahr Lithium batteries p
The battery boxes with the lithium battery worked great running all our devices, fridge etc. for the week. The two lithium Batteries in parallel charged well with my lithium smart solar charger MPPT/ DC to DC 20 Amp charger from either the 150W solar blanket or the car alternator. Very impressed with the BMS in each battery. Could not believe how light the batteries are and what an improvement over my old AGM battery. Made the trip very pleasant not having to worry about the fridge cutting out.

Very happy with the quality of this Kit and Great
We used this for weeks camping on Fraser Island and simply remove your battery box from your vehicle if you don’t need it taking up space, or if you want it to reach other appliances at your campsite. Everything worked well and we charged with a solar panel which plugged straight into the battery box.
